&lt;p&gt;It is called an Estonian Kringle and I think found it while tumbling the other day…&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oh wow, it is delicious, and pretty damn easy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;you just make the dough, let it rise, then press it flat like a rectangular pizza base, spread with your cinnamon-butter-sugar paste all over, roll it up…&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The magic comes when you slice down the middle and reveal all the layers, then twist it around itself and form a ring and it looks so pretty when it’s done! (well, mine is not as pretty as the recipe website, but it’s my first time!)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With Luke’s help, I have eaten most of it - I think we will make one to take on the picnic this weekend.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;yum yum yum yum yum.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;(6 servings)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3 english muffins, split&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6 slices &lt;span&gt;ready cooked&lt;/span&gt; bacon, not microwaved, just right out of package&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6 large eggs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pinches of kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Press english muffins carefully into bottom of  a 6 cup Texas size muffin tin.  Form a little circle with the bacon and place around inside of muffin.  Sprinkle inside with cheese then top with a whole egg in each cup, keeping inside the bacon ring.  Sprinkle with pinches of kosher salt and pepper.  Bake for 15-20 minutes or until egg is cooked through, not jiggly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2.  Remove and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from muffin tin. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* &lt;strong&gt;use turkey bacon or ham as a healthier option, personally I can’t stand bacon so I just make without!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you love Egg McMuffin then you should try this! Aeri’s Kitchen posted a recipe for Korean egg muffin, which reminds me of its American counterpart, but much sweeter. The muffin was sponge-like, buttery, and similar to cornbread.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Here’s the link to the recipe. &lt;p&gt;I suggest you tone down the butter and sugar if you don’t like really sweet food. I did that it was still a bit too sweet for me. Also, some of my batter sank through the egg, so just a warning that it’s ok! Haha. I forgot that I had turkey, which I could’ve used in the muffins. I remembered when I had leftover batter and they turned out wonderful! You can even add bacon, cheese, or whatever! OR you could bake the muffins and eggs separately and then slice the muffin in halves and place baked egg in between. (Bake eggs in muffin tins!)&lt;/p&gt;
